GirlWifHat ("we", "us") operates girlwithat.com, the $GWH community pages and the Sovereign Voice publishing tool. This policy explains what information is involved when you use them.

What we collect

• Website visits. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We do not run advertising trackers.
• Wallet connection. When you connect a Solana wallet, your browser reads your public wallet address and public token balances. Connecting never moves funds. Staking, farming and sign-in actions ask you to approve a message or transaction in your own wallet.
• Staking and farming. If you use these features we record your public wallet address, the amounts you stake or deposit, your lock choice and related on-chain transaction signatures so that we can credit, pay out and return your assets. This information is already public on the Solana blockchain.
• Community accounts. We do not collect passwords, seed phrases or private keys from visitors. Never send them to anyone.

Google and YouTube API Services

The Sovereign Voice tool uses the YouTube API Services solely to upload videos to our own YouTube channel. It requests the scopes youtube.upload and youtube for the channel owner's Google account only. It does not access, collect, store or share any data belonging to other Google users or viewers.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The channel owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How we use information

Only to run the features you ask for (staking, farming, governance voting), to keep the service secure, and to publish our own public content. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the site (for example hosting and blockchain data providers) or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

Blockchain records are permanent and public by design. For any other information we hold about you, contact us and we will delete what we are able to.
